The 26 years old Serbian midfielder of Spartak Moscow and former Manchester United player Zoran Tosic was close on exiting the Russian club in this summer as many German clubs were interested in signing the services of Zoran but it was later decided that he would remain with Moscow and not leave during this season.
His decision to stay with the club is now proving to be a good one as he is quickly turning out to be one of the most influential players on the field for the squad. Scoring 5 goals in the latest 4 matches of the Russian league and taking into consideration that Zoran Tosic is a midfielder but is managing to bring so many points for the team by scoring is an impressive feat on its own.
Bayern Munich’s Pep Guardiola had to play against Spartak Moscow for the UEFA Champions League group stages and even though the German side has already secured their spot into the next rounds of the prestigious European tournament, the former coach of Barcelona praised Zoran Tosic.
“I know about Zoran Tosic and Sergei Ignashevich, who I think are excellent players,” the ex-Spain international stated.
“Seydou Doumbia scored in CSKA’s last game against Spartak Moscow and he’s a great player with an excellent eye for goal.”Gurdiola told the press in moments prior to their match.
Zoran Tosic could only manage to play for 15 minutes with the Manchester United jersey as he was undergoing some tough times in the Premier League but now things are taking a turn for the better and it can only get better for the Serbian player if he decides to further extend his stay with Spartak Moscow which seems to be the most likely option.

Inter Milan just recently had a substantial change in the club as Massimo Moratti sold the majority of his stake to Etick Thohir. The Indonesian businessman has already stated his plans with the Italian club with new players and is even considering moving away from the stadium they share with Ac.Milan (Giuseppe Meazza) and build their own one.
Not very long ago Juventus concluded the construction of their very own stadium and the results have been paying off for them as the fans and players have a place they can call their own besides having the financial benefits of taking home all of their match-day income.
Erick Thohir’s primary targets in January are Edin Dzeko and Pablo Osvaldo as he wants to add him to the team although the arrival of those players might have to force Mazzari on selling some of his players that have failed to perform and made any kind of impact so far.
Zdravko Kuzmanovic was being linked with the Premier League as some clubs have taken an interest in signing the 26 years old Serbian midfielder of Inter Milan. West Ham, Sunderland all are possible destinations for him in January that is if the Italian club decides on letting him go in order to create funds for the new arrivals.
Alvaro Pereira is another player that might be seeing his way out of the club as he is a big target for Andre Villas-Boas. Mazzari and Thohir however will have to keep their eyes open in the transfer market after the head coach of Manchester City, Pellegrini already closed down their options on signing the Bosnian Edin Dzeko as he has no intentions in selling him.
Pellegrini said: “I put my trust in him before the season and I have just as much trust in him now.It is very important for this club to have a good squad because we have a lot of games to play from now until April and, if we want to win trophies, we need important players’’.
